Health Guarantee

We are committed to placing healthy Golden Retriever Puppies into happy homes. Our goal is to breed healthy, non-shedding, playful, well-socialized, loving, and life-long companions. We pride ourselves on providing pet-loving families and individuals with the best Golden Retriever puppies in terms of quality. We focus so much on the health of our dogs(parents and puppies alike) to avoid the unfortunate event of your puppy being put down within the first few years of its life due to genetic, congenital, or hereditary health disorders.

We do not believe that your puppy is replaceable if you lost one, but we do feel that sometimes the loss of a four-legged family member can be lessened with the addition of a new one. In the unfortunate event that your puppy would need to be put down within the first two years of its life due to a genetic disorder, or if it is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders that adversely affect its health, we will replace your puppy with a puppy of your choice from our available puppies.

While we can’t guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, we can promise we will do our best to ensure your new furry family member is healthy from the moment he or she arrives home! And this guarantee does not cover the reimbursement of any veterinary bills associated with this puppy.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Nothing delights us more than knowing we were able to bring a happy, healthy Puppy to you. We do seek out your help to ensure your Puppy remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help:

Send us a copy of the examination (medical record) within 2 business days of receiving your pet. The examination must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Your pet will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your pet.

The daily healthcare and maintenance of your pet, including all the recommended immunizations and examinations.

While we de-worm and vaccinate your pet till the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper de-worming and conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by the veterinarian).

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR GUARANTEE

We cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings or breeding ability of your new puppy.

No replacements will be given if the breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia, are overweight.

Failure to provide your Puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.

We require all our Puppies to undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped to you. This checkup is performed by our licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our Puppies. This report certifies the health condition for every Puppy against Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital and Gastrointestinal diseases.

This health report will be filled out on the date of shipping the Puppy to you so that you are assured that the Puppy’s health is guaranteed. This report is then reviewed for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. And if there are any serious issues with the Puppy then he/she will not be shipped to you. We also require you to get your Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the Puppy. Thanks for your cooperation.
